ADVERSE CREDIT HISTORY CHECKS

THIRD PARTY VERIFICATION THROUGH HOMELET

We use the UK largest referencing company to independently check prospective tenants and to assess the risk, not only ensuring you property is let quickly, but also successfully.

Property Management

Check Outs

We’ll collect the keys, forwarding address, meter readings and carry out a fully conditioned inventory to ensure your property is returned in a suitable condition.

Check Ins

Some agents just hand keys to tenants in their office. We actually meet them at the property and walk them through making sure they are satisfied before we leave.

NEgotiations

In most cases, everything runs smoothly, however sometimes situations can develop that are a bit more challenging. We have the expertise and professionalism to respond to difficult situations.

Process deposit returns

We’ll make an assessment of liability to any cleaning or damages the tenants maybe responsible for, and correctly issue notifications, as well as process the return with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme.

Periodic Inspections

Carried out on a seasonal basis, we’ll visit the property to make sure the terms of the tenancy are being kept to, as well as checking to see that there are no outstanding maintenance issues that need addressing.

Utilities

We’ll inform the utility companies of the occupancy, and deal with any incorrect bills that they issue as a result of a change in occupant responsibility.

We can produce a statement each time we make a payment to your account, or each month. This summarises all your income, expenditures and payments, over any period of time you need.
