For the first month, you can pay either by card or bank transfer through the Goodlord system. For payments after then, you'll need to set up a Standing Order with your bank to make sure the rent is paid regularly on time.
Standing Orders are very easy to set up and you can do so either by going into your bank, over the phone or online. On your check in, you'll be presented with the bank details you'll need so you can set this up yourself.
I'm afraid we can't accept cash or cheques.
It's import to note that Standing Orders are different to Direct Debits. A standing order is a regular payment that you can set up to pay other people such as ourselves. You can amend or cancel the standing order as and when you like. A Direct Debit can only be set up by the organisation to which you're making the payment and has the effect of taking funds from your account. Therefore if you notice your rent hasn't been withdrawn when it should have, you'll need to contact your bank yourself to ensure prompt payment.
