You know those days when everything seems to happen all at once? The familiar 'ping' of your inbox going off every few minutes reminding you there's more for you to do? Yesterday one of those pings wasn't so much as something to do, but rather something to take stock of. Here's what came through:

Now that the dust has settled on our sale, we would just like to pass on to you and all your team, our thanks for the great job that Property Genius have done throughout the marketing and sale process. As you know, we had six months with a traditional high street estate agent before commissioning yourselves, and your service has been as day is to night by comparison.
Your service model is most definitely the way forward in selling properties. First and foremost the quality of the photographs and the presentation of the property on the internet was of a very high order - and this is vital in today's market where buyers do a lot of their "first viewings" online.
In addition, the management of the process by you and your team was excellent. Things happened exactly as promised. We had twice as many viewings in the four months with yourselves as in the previous 6 months with our previous agent. The reports from viewings were posted onto our client area within an hour of them taking place and the weekly internet statistics landed every Monday morning without fail. A stark contrast to our previous experience where we had to chase and harry for everything and anything. 
We'd particularly like to compliment you on your sales progression service. This was excellent. Luanne was on top of the process all the way through liasing with us, the buyer, and both sets of solicitors. The period from acceptance of offer to completion was 1 month - everyone played their part with Luanne in particular helping to oil the wheels.
