About Us

We are a modest family run online lettings agent, operating out of Manchester UK that offers a unique service for landlords and investors who wish to have their property let and managed the professional and personal way. With over 15 years experience managing our own portfolio in the South of England, and recently having obtained a qualification for the National Federation of Property Professionals in ‘Residential Letting and Property Management’, we have separated ourselves from cowboy agents and commission lead rivals. We are a member of the custodial deposit protection scheme the DPS ensuring tenant’s deposits are held safely and securely off site

We are a firm believer in accountability and responsibility in an industry which is typically not known for either. We have uniquely addressed this problem by introducing to you a ‘Property Genius’ - a person who is assigned to you from the very beginning who is responsible for all your investment affairs from appraisal to collecting the rent.

In times where the housing market is uncertain and many landlords are breaking even, we have introduced below  average fees of 10% +VAT to a more reasonable 8% with NO VAT. We’ve also abolished renewal fees and tenants administration fees.
