Prices & Bookings

The prices above are for the property are per week in UK Pounds. To make a secure a booking, we require 50% of the price in advance and the remaining balance anytime on or before 6 weeks prior to the arrival date.

Payment can only be made via BACS at present - simply send the funds direct to our bank account after contacting us direct to make a booking.

Changeover days are generally either Wednesday or Saturday as this is when most flights go in or out but other days can be arranged.

We require the property is to be vacated by 12:00 hours, with access for new arrivals from 15:00 hours to allow time for our cleaning staff to make the Villa presentable for guests again.
