This privately owned Luxury Villa is the perfect location for your holidays. It is situated in Corralejo on the North East Coast of Fuerteventura, in the Canary islands. Access from the lounge leads to a covered and open fully furnished terrace and private heated pool set in a spacious garden. The pool is cleaned and serviced by the caretaker.

The Villa, built in 2004, is a 5 minute walk from the nearest beach, with white sandy beaches, and black volcanic rock with clear blue waters on the outskirts of Corralejo. Baku Water park is a 10 minute walk. A short 15 minute coastal walk, passing over several sandy beaches, takes you to Corralejo old town, packed with shops and restaurants serving cuisine from all the popular regions. The local grocery store, stocking all the necessary commodities, and a cafe are less than a 5 minute walk. The villa is 38 Km, approximately 40 minute drive along the coast road, from the airport.

For your comfort, and convenience, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, and one with two singles, plus Cot for an infant, and air beds for a further two, living-room, dining-room, two bathrooms and a kitchen with complete set of utensils. The property is non-smoking.

Villa Solana is a two storey terraced property with parking space, and is fully furnished with every facility to make your holiday a joy you will never forget.

We were very pleased with the courteous efficient and helpful manner in the way the booking was conducted with Nick Croom and the villa Solana at Fuerteventura.

The villa itself was extremely well furnished and had every facility we required for a comfortable holiday.The staff who helped over there were also very friendly and helpful.

We would strongly recommend it to anyone and we will use owners direct for future holidays.

We have recently returned from a holiday in your villa and would like to thank you for the courtesy offered during the booking procedure and a memorable holiday.
The Villa was all that was expected and more, with every possibly commodity available, virtually home from home.
It was equally satisfying to find restaurants, shops and Corelejo beaches, all within easy walking distance. Even the miles of beaches to the south of Corelejo were in walking distance for the more adventurous.
Overall, a most enjoyable location and holiday base which we hope to visit again in the near future.
